Meet Our Team
Dr. Moizah Saad
Dr. Moizah Saad is an Internal Medicine physician trained at the University of Connecticut, with her medical degree from Des Moines University in Iowa. With over a decade of experience, she is devoted to outpatient primary care, driven by her passion for truly helping people and uncovering the root causes of their health concerns. Together with Dr. Salman Saad, she has practiced medicine for over 30 years combined. Witnessing the shift in healthcare from patient-focused to profit-driven inspired the couple to create Jersey Family Health—a clinic centered on personalized, dignified care where every patient is treated with respect. Outside work, Dr. Moizah enjoys cooking global cuisines, reading, and being a dedicated mom to their two children.
Dr. Salman Saad
With over 15 years of Family Medicine experience across Iowa, Connecticut, and California, Dr. Salman Saad specializes in comprehensive family medicine, preventive care, urgent care, and long-term relationship-based healthcare. He has extensive experience in managing chronic illnesses, acute medical issues, office procedures, and specialist coordination. He is passionate about providing patient centered compassionate healthcare.
He provides telemedicine services in New Jersey, New York, and California.
