Insurance
Q1: Do you accept my insurance plan?
Both Dr. Moizah Saad and Dr. Salman Saad accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans including Aetna, UHC, Cigna, and Humana. Please take a look at the charts above to find your specific plan, or call our office to verify coverage before your appointment.
Q2: What does "In Process" mean for insurance status?
“In Process” means we are currently completing the credentialing process with that insurance provider. We expect approval soon. Please contact our office for the most current status and to discuss payment options in the meantime.
Q3: Do I need a referral to see you?
This depends on your specific insurance plan. Many plans do not require a referral for primary care visits, but some HMO plans may. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or calling our office to confirm before scheduling your appointment.
Q4: What if my insurance isn't listed?
We are continuously expanding our insurance partnerships. If you don’t see your insurance listed, please contact us directly. We may be able to verify coverage or discuss self-pay options for our Direct Primary Care services.
Q5: How do I verify my benefits?
You can verify your benefits by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Our office staff can also help verify your coverage and estimate costs when you schedule your appointment.
Q6: Do you offer self-pay options?
Yes! As a Direct Primary Care practice, we offer transparent, affordable self-pay membership options for patients without insurance or those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Contact us to learn more about our membership plans and pricing.

Insurance patients typically receive appointments within 48-72 hours. DPC members are guaranteed same-day appointments for urgent concerns and next-day scheduling for routine visits.
Q4: Do you treat children and adults?
Do you treat children and adults?
Direct Primary Care
Q1: What is Direct Primary Care exactly?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model where patients pay a monthly fee directly to their physician for comprehensive primary care services, bypassing insurance complexities and providing direct access to your doctor.
Q2: Is DPC the same as concierge medicine?
No. While both involve direct payment to physicians, DPC is more affordable and accessible. Concierge practices often cost $300-5,000+ monthly, while DPC typically ranges from $50-150 monthly. DPC focuses on comprehensive primary care rather than luxury services.
Q3: Can I use DPC with my existing insurance?
Absolutely! Many patients combine DPC membership with high-deductible health plans or keep their existing insurance for specialist visits and hospitalizations while using DPC for primary care needs.
Q4: What if I need to see a specialist?
DPC doesn’t cover specialist visits, but we coordinate referrals and help you navigate insurance coverage for specialty care. Many specialists also offer cash-pay discounts that can be more affordable than insurance rates.
Insurance & Billing
Q1: Will you file insurance claims for me?
Yes, for non-DPC services. We handle all insurance billing and claims processing for patients using traditional insurance coverage. Our experienced billing team works with insurance companies to maximize your benefits.
Q2: Can I switch between insurance billing and DPC membership?
Yes, you can transition between payment models. Many patients start with insurance billing and later add DPC membership for enhanced access. We’ll help you determine the best approach for your needs.
Q3: Do you offer payment plans for services not covered by insurance?
Yes, we offer flexible payment arrangements for uninsured patients and services not covered by insurance. We also provide cash-pay discounts for many services.
Q4: What happens if I can't afford the DPC membership fee?
We offer sliding fee scales for qualifying patients and can discuss alternative payment arrangements. Our goal is making quality primary care accessible to everyone in our community.
Membership
Q1: Can I cancel my DPC membership anytime?
Yes, DPC memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice, though we’re confident you’ll love the enhanced care experience.
Q2: How do I sign up for DPC membership?
Schedule a free consultation to discuss your healthcare needs. If DPC seems like a good fit, you can enroll immediately and begin accessing membership benefits right away
Q3: Is there a family discount for DPC membership?
Yes! We offer significant family discounts. The second adult receives a 15% discount, children are $35/month when parents are members, and large families are capped at $250/month.
Q4: What happens during the first DPC visit?
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive health assessment, discussion of your health goals, development of a personalized care plan, and orientation to all membership benefits. This visit typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
Appointment & Access
Q1: How do I schedule appointments?
Insurance patients can call during business hours or use our online scheduling system. DPC members can text, call, or email directly for immediate scheduling, including same-day appointments.
Q2: Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes! Telehealth consultations are available for both insurance and DPC patients. DPC members have unlimited telehealth access included in their membership fee.
Q3: What if I need urgent care after hours?
DPC members can text or call their physician directly for urgent concerns. For true emergencies, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. We’ll coordinate follow-up care once you’re stable.
Q4: How long are typical appointments?
Insurance appointments are typically 15-20 minutes, while DPC appointments are minimum 30 minutes with no time limits for complex issues. DPC members never feel rushed during their visits.
Q5: Do you make house calls?
For DPC members who are homebound or have mobility issues, we can arrange house calls when medically appropriate. This service may have additional fees depending on location and complexity.
