Enhanced Wellness Programs
Our Enhanced Wellness Programs provide personalized care to support your health goals. Whether managing weight or navigating menopause, receive thorough assessments, telehealth follow-ups, and tailored plans focused on nutrition, lifestyle, and symptom management for lasting well-being.
Weight Loss Counseling
Initial Consultation: $150 monthly for 6 months (comprehensive assessment, personalized plan development)
Monthly Follow-up: $50/month (telehealth monitoring and plan adjustments)
Includes: Nutritional guidance, lifestyle coaching, progress tracking, medication management when appropriate
Menopause Management
Initial Consultation: $300 monthly for 6 months (hormone assessment, symptom evaluation, treatment planning)
Monthly Follow-up: $50/month (telehealth symptom monitoring and treatment adjustments)
Includes: Hormone replacement therapy coordination, symptom management, lifestyle counseling
